Andrew Hayman is a Democratic candidate for Upper Darby's 5th District Council. Andrew has the experience, leadership qualities, and determination to begin fighting for a government that works for and respects all Upper Darby residents on Day 1.
Meet Andrew.
Initially a high school dropout with no job, no GED, and a baby on the way, Andrew buckled down through hard work and determination to put his life together. Andrew frequently worked over 70 hours a week, sometimes for months on end, to finance an Associate's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree from St. Joe's University in Philadelphia. Andrew is a home owner in the community, purchasing the home he lives in on Edmonds Avenue in Drexel Hill.
